  • Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 
  • Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

PayPal:

  • When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to www.monarchtheshop.com.

Updating Orders:

  • Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
  • If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

Order Cancellations:

  • We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.
  • If your order is canceled, due to inventory mistakes and/or out-of-stock items, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend trying to place your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold-out item.
  • To ensure your security, we are taking additional steps in verifying the details of your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service by emailing info@monarchtheshop.com.

Changing Shipping Address:

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is fulfilled. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

If the shipping address was entered incompletely or incorrectly and you notice immediately after purchasing, please feel free to contact us. However, if any mistakes in shipping addresses arise after fulfilling the order, the customer will be responsible for charges regarding the new label. 

Returns:

On our website www.monarchtheshop.com click “Request a Return”. To complete the request, you will need the order number and email or phone. 

  • No refunds are available—ONLY STORE CREDIT. Any store credit issued after return approval will expire after 90 days. 
  • We accept requests for returns of orders within 14 days of the date the order was delivered. Return shipping fees will be deducted from store credit unless otherwise determined. 
  • The product must be new, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with tags attached to the original packaging. (Please be careful trying on clothing while wearing makeup or where you place your clothes because of pet hairs - any items with makeup stains, rips, or animal hairs are not eligible for return).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

  • All sale items, swims, jewelry, and accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
  • Sale events that include sale items and/or discount codes are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.

  • Please specify the reason for your return. 
  • You can return any eligible items for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we confirm the item(s) have been returned correctly, and we approve the request, we will send you an email with a STORE CREDIT, with the total amount of your original purchase (Shipping fees are non-refundable). 
  • The product must be new, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with tags attached to the original packaging. (Please be careful trying on clothing while wearing makeup or where you place your clothes because of pet hairs - any items with makeup stains, rips, or animal hairs are not eligible for return).

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 before taxes.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you need your order shipped out the same day, your order must be placed before 12:00 pm PT. All in-stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days with a tracking number included.  Please note, shipping times do not include the standard 1-3 business days processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If you place an order with a pre-order item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse. However, if you want the rest of your order to be sent before the pre-order item, you must place a separate order and pay for separate shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages (including once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address). Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information (secure location) when you receive your order confirmation email. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. You can only modify your information if the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. If a package is shipped with the incorrect shipping information, you must wait for the package to be returned to us - and then you must repurchase a new shipping label.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. Please refer to that email for tracking information.

We do not ship to international destinations, only continental USA, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. But we will let you know when we do ship internationally!
